Characterizations of Twisted Product Manifolds to Be Warped Product Manifolds
In this paper, we give characterizations of a twisted product manifold to be a warped product manifold by imposing certain conditions on the Weyl conformal curvature tensor and the Weyl projective tensor. We also find similar results for multiply twisted product manifolds.

This theorem had been proved by Myers [6] under the assumption that M was analytic, and this assumption was essential in his proof. Kobayashi, and also Helgason in his book [3], showed that analytic ity was superfluous and could be replaced with mere smoothness of a sufficiently high order. We want to consider this theorem for infinite-dimensional Riemannian Hubert manifolds. We do not know if ...
متن کاملMonodromy problem for the degenerate critical points
For the polynomial planar vector fields with a hyperbolic or nilpotent critical point at the origin, the monodromy problem has been solved, but for the strongly degenerate critical points this problem is still open. When the critical point is monodromic, the stability problem or the center- focus problem is an open problem too. In this paper we will consider the polynomial planar vector fields ...
متن کاملMinimal Points in Product Spaces
Some technical extensions of the minimal point statements due to Goepfert, Tammer and Zălinescu [7] are given. The basic tool for such a device is a lot of abstract ordering principles obtained under the lines in Turinici [14]. AMS subject classification. Primary 46A40. Secondary 54E40.
